Cooking with Valli, from sultry Oualidia on the Atlantic Coast to cracking Marrakech


We will first be staying in a beautiful private house right on the beach near the little town of Oualidia, visit the local oyster farm, gather local seafood as it comes in on the fishing boats and head home to cook a feast. Quiet morning walks on the beach will then be replaced by the hustle and bustle of Marrakech for four days of exotic wonder, staying at Dar Les Cigognes. We will be visiting the souks, food markets and private homes and gardens to discover some hidden secrets.
