"Here, the ancient world meets the modern world – you will pass donkeys and carts hauling consumer goods through the maze of narrow alleyways, smell fresh street food being cooked on coals, meet with Moroccan people, so kind and welcoming. This country simply is like no other. Come along and share the magic of Morocco with me." Meredith

Meredith is an avid foodie who owns a leading kitchenware store in the gorgeous coastal town of Yamba, Northern NSW and shares her love of food and cooking with her customers through the cooking classes she presents at Kitchen to Table. After travelling to Morocco on a food tour last year, Meredith returned home wanting to share the magic of Morocco’s food, ancient culture and picturesque cities with other like-minded people.

The itinerary will see you stay in small charming luxurious riads throughout, discover historical monuments, gorgeous gardens, mind-boggling alleyways, delight in amazing fresh food, and of course get hands-on during cooking classes. Think moroccan salads, tagines, gazelle horns and other sweet, sweet desserts! No trip to Morocco would be complete without shopping the souks or relaxing with a hammam, so we will make sure you have time for all...
