His passion for luxury travel has been developed from a lifetime of world travel culminating in his investment in By Prior Arrangement.

Carol’s first voyage to Morocco was in 1971. “As I set foot in Tangier for the first time, I was utterly struck by the exotic chaos – a country so foreign, yet so intriguing I knew I’d return.” This passion lead to a business which is now considered Australia’s prominent provider of bespoke luxury tours to Morocco.

Susie was born in Scotland and worked as a flight attendant for British Caledonian and British Airways. She lived and brought up 3 children in 5 separate countries before settling in Sydney. Susie loves travelling and enjoys sharing her knowledge with other travellers. She is a keen cook and ‘professional shopper’ with an eye for detail and a love of quality. Susie will host small group tours each year to showcase the best of Morocco.

Kim is a skilled logistics coordinator with a passion for travel who will oversee your trip from inception to completion. With a keen eye for detail, Kim helps make travel dreams a reality, crafting bespoke itineraries for travellers seeking a personalised experience and ensuring that every trip is well-coordinated and unforgettable.

Soufiane is a highly valued and long standing member of the BPA team, having worked closely with us for over 17 years. He brings with him an immense wealth of knowledge and experience, and is highly regarded in the industry.

Salima is our highly efficient office manager in Marrakech, coordinating transport, guides and other local arrangements paramount to a smooth sojourn.
